Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a four-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Taffy Glenn. Guests 21 years of age and older will enjoy a complimentary glass of Gruet Brut and dine on specialty menu items such as caramelized onion and blue cheese flat bread with aged balsamic, trout en papillote served with lemon butter, julienne vegetables and rice pilaf, and a selection of desserts and more.
